Art Work

You may email drawings to art@signfaces.com. Please identify your company and include your phone number.

Your graphics must be a “line drawing” before we can create a sign for you. Our graphics department may be able to convert your art work to a line drawing if it is in one of the following file formats:

• .ai -  Adobe Illustrator
• .eps -  Encapsulated Post Script
• .dxf/.dwg  - AutoCad
• .psd  - Adobe Photoshop
• .swf  - Macromedia Flash
• .cdr  - Corel Draw
• .dsf  - Corel Designer
• .plt  - Gerber Omega
• .psp  - Photo Shop Pro
• .fs  - FlexiSIGN-PRO

We cannot convert bitmap (.bmp) or photos (.jpg) to line drawings. We also cannot convert images that have been scanned even if they have been saved in one of the above formats (i.e a scan (.bmp) saved as a Corel Draw (.cdr) format.)

You may also mail us artwork at the address above. If you send artwork, please label the cd or diskette with your company name and the name of the job.

Regarding fonts:

We have thousands of fonts. However, since there are many thousands of fonts we may not have the one you require. The best solution is for you to “convert” the letters (fonts) in your drawings to line objects. Each software uses a different term for this such as “Curves”, “Paths”, “Outlines”. If you do not convert your fonts and if you have given us the name of the font, we will search the internet for it. If we find it, we will call you and ask your permission to download your fonts at a charge of $50 for each font.
