We put a smile on every face

Faces, (aka Sign Faces), is a wholesale only manufacturer of custom signs. We sell only to the sign industry and do not have any form of retail trade.

We specialize in manufacturing the signage projects that might burden your time, staff, energy or interest. We can accommodate a variety of order needs, whether it’s a small run job that might detain your shop or a large run job that you might not have the capacity to complete. Our average order is about two signs.

When you trust us with your project, we relieve your business from the delivery time, worry and cost overrun risk the job might otherwise create. This allows your staff the freedom to sell more products, complete installations or create another project that might demand the attention of your entire staff and shop.

Twenty five years ago, we started with a small workforce, but now our staff has grown to more than 80 highly-skilled, and more importantly, valuable employees. In fact, 18 of them have been with the company for more than 10 years!

We provide every customer with the ability to track orders online by providing a promised shipping date, or PSD, at the time you place the order. The production schedule is posted online and updated through each production step -- so you’ll always know where your sign is in the process. We also keep track of all your order history; simply login to view your account.

In addition to order tracking, you can also see what electrical components were used in your sign. This is helpful if a service call is needed and you are not sure what type of ballast or lamps were used. By providing this information, we can help you avoid many service call hours returning to the shop to get the correct parts. A photo of the UL label and number is also kept on file in case the label is covered up during installation.

Finally, we take a picture of your completed project before crating and shipping. This has proven to be extremely valuable in cases where there is a dispute about shipping damage or damage done by third party installers. Just keep in mind…we don’t design them, we just build them.

And, yes, it’s true….we do put a smile on every face. Since every face is shipped with a protective plastic film, we put a smiley face sticker on it to remind you to remove the film before installation. We believe a business partnership with us will put a smile on your face too!
